Shaggy von Schuster is an adorable 9-10 month old German Shepherd who is healing from a skin condition his former owners failed to treat.  But, as you saw from the before/after pictures under his name on our website, this guy will become a chick magnet in just a few weeks.  Our mid-energy guy enjoys walking on leash in a group of dogs and seems curious about the world around him, perhaps not receiving much exposure in the past.  He is smart, inquisitive and ready to learn.  One of our kennel techs said, “Shaggy just has such a sweet soul, you can’t help but fall in love with him.”  Affectionately dubbed “The Shagster,” our boy mixes well with other dogs in playgroups, getting along with all levels of energy and all types of temperaments.  He tested okay with cats for now, but we can test him again if someone with cats is interested in him.  This guy’s winning disposition makes him perfect for nearly any home – either in or out of state.
